So....

Ok, so...this cyst thing has been bothering me so I emailed our CCRM nurse and asked her if she really thought we would be able to start stims April 1st. She responded by saying, "Patients usually cannot start stims if they have a cyst that is greater than 15mm.
Have a great weekend." I have no idea how big it is but can't do an ultra sound until March 30 , after AF arrives. I am fine with starting in May but damn cyst is really pissing me off.

  1. UGH. How frustrating. I hope the cyst shrinks away to nothing by then!

  2. I can completely relate to the frustration of not knowing when IF treatment will resume. DH and I were so excited to get started with our IVF cycle but CCRM kept saying it would been to be pushed back bc of various reasons related to our PGD. I had to keep reminding myself that it was just a month -- one of the many in our TTC journey. I hope you get some answers soon. Hang in there!

  3. Any update on if you'll be able to start stims on 4/1? That's great that we may be cycling at the same time!

  4. Not yet. I start BCP when I get AF on 3/17. They are doing an ultra sound 3/30 to see if it is still there and if it is,see how big it is. BCP have always helped my cysts problems in the past so I am hoping that they will at least if anything help it shrink. I am not too sure how big it is now. Super Anxious!

  5. Hi, I am cycling at CCRM too (just had my ER yesterday). They were afraid I had a cyst too but the good news is that you have time on your side. You will not go to Colorado until you have at least 2 u/s at your local RE where they will measure your lining and check out your ovaries. Ask your local RE to tell you the size. BTW, Annie is my nurse too. She can be pretty blunt like that so don't take it personally :)
